First: You will need to reset Vista's folder view settings so Vista will remember your settings again and prevent this from happening again. Method two in this tutorial will show you how. The download is the easiest way to do it. Windows Explorer Folder View settings Second: You will need to change the "Folder Template" back to the correct one for that type of folder.
