desktop calendar

is there a way that i can put a small view of calendar visible on my desktop
so that the calendar is visible and i can click on a date to see
tasks/appointments

Good idea, but I'm sorry to say no. Seem like such a logical idea for both
to integrate with each other.

I know, why don't you ask someone to make a calender plugin for the sidebar,
undock it and Vwala!

I don't do this...

But go to microsofts sidebar gadget site and ask one of the authors.


And send me the results.

thanks for the answer i agree that it would be helpful, especially as i check
everything beefore i start each day...my e-mail/news and day trip book

there are sidebar calabendars but that is all they are none can add apptts,
tasks, to-dos

Take a look at Pink Calendar -- if you can get past the name, it's an easy
install and does what you're asking. Simple, small and works with Vista as
well. Take a look:
