try reseting IE7 and disabling some of the add ons
to do these steps start Internet Explorer then go to
tools> internet options > programs
click on MANAGE ADD-ONS and try disabling some of them, restart IE7 and see
if it works now
then try this if the problem insists:
go again tools> internet options>advanced
and press the restore settings and the reset button there
tell me if this helps

Internet security? How about more information on your system and what is
happening?
Who specifically told you to come here? Is there an SRX number for this?
Do you get a crash for this in the Problem Reports and Solutions center?
