Restore points

Greetings to all,
Can someone explain to me why I can only restore points via the safe mode,
and not straight within Vista which tells me that "an unknow error has
occured, etc."?

Hi JL,

Do you have Norton's security installed? I've seen several cases where it
interferes with the SR process.
