Explorer stop working

Hi Guys,

every time i open my recycle bin i will get the msg that the windows
explorer stopped working , any idea why , but if i empty my recycle bin i
will not get this msg.

I'm having the same problem. Explorer crashes every time I try to access
the recycle bin. I don't want to empty it because I am trying to
retrieve files that were put there on accident.

You have the RTM version of Explorer - go to Windows Update and get the
updates there. The RTM version (16386) of Explorer is considered outdated
and is generally not of interest. Get your machine up to date on Windows
Update so that you benefit from the already released fixes. =)

If it's still happening at *that* point, that Problem Report would be much
more interesting.
