Runtime error

I am trying to open works and am suddenly getting a runtime error message
saying that the following file requested runtime to terminate in an unusual
way.

wkgdcach.exe

Any suggestions please on how to solve this problem?

Re: Runtime error

For Install/Uninstall problems, including runtime errors when trying to run
the program, see the following tutorial. Once you completely uninstall the
damaged program, you can do a clean install of the program and it will work.

Unable To Install Latest Version of Program on Vista
