    Local Users and Groups

I have Vista Home Premium, and I was SHOCKED to find out that Local Users and
Groups have been disabled in this verison of Vista. Being a Sys Admin for a
XP server I use it a lot, and I wish to use it on my Vista. Is there any way
    to enable it?

    Hi,

No, not unless you upgrade to Ultimate or Business. The "Home" versions of
Vista do not include editors or snapins that are used in a domain
    environment.

Not sure why you would be shocked, as in XP you had to have Pro, not Home,
    for these tools as well.

Erm.... There's no such thing as a "XP server;" WinXP is a client OS,
    just like Vista Home.

    Hello,

A good alternative is the "net user" and "net localgroup" command-line
utility. Make sure you are running an elevated command prompt to use these
commands (right-click command prompt, click run as administrator).
