Vista - Album Info Not Workin

I attempted to update the Album info on several CD's today and there appears
to be a problem.

I get a window that lists all of the potential matches. I choose the album
that is the correct one but when I click finish nothing happens. All of the
tracks still say "Track ##". How do I get the info from the internet to
populate before I rip a CD?

I am running Vista Home Basic & Windows Media Player 11.0.6000.6344 (If I
can provide you with any other information let me know and I would be happy
to collect it for you.)

Make sure that you have an internet connection.

Before posting, I performed a test with a CD I have not yet ripped myself. Following the above procedure I downloaded the track info successfully (Queen - A Kind Of Magic), including album art.

All that comes to mind that you are still getting TRACK XX for your particular CD is:

• Windows Meta Services does not have the data for the CD yet, in which case you'll have to manually provide the tag data
• You are attempting to rip a custom compilation for which you'll also have to manually provide tag data

Thanks for the response. I have an always on DSL connection that was
definitely functioning at the time. I am behind a firewall however I did not
find any requests that were denied. I am looking at requests that went out
on port 80. I can include the log if you think it would be helpful.

When I ran through the process in IE7 there was an error but it appears to
be because I was not using the browser built into WMP. (it calls a function
that I assume is in WMP but I know is not in IE7.
