Vista - os wont load and start

i was having loads of problems with my computer, i have vista.

i put in 2 new memory cards and that seemed to solve the problem. it was
running great for about 2 weeks.

then it slowed down to a crawl. i could switch from program to program
but it would take a few minutes. then the wait cirlce would just spin. i
went to shut down and it started to go through the shutdown process but then
just hung there with the shuting down screen on for a long time . so i shut
it down.

now it wont complete the start up process. if i start it normally it
gets tho the microsoft loading bar then stays there, the bar moves but it
dosnt load any more,

LNG dont work, safe mode dosnt work

any ideas of the problem?

Boot from your Windows
Vista DVD, select the System Repair Option > on the setup screen, select
'Repair Computer > Select your installation of Windows > select Startup
Repair option and follow instructions.
