Vista - Vista Media Centre Channel lockup

Hi, I have a problem.. I am running Vista Ultimate with A intel celeron 2.29
ghz proccessor and 1512 ddr 233mhz memory 160 gig harddrive and a ati agp
9600xt 256 ddr meg memory and a ati tv wonder 650 pvr tuner card pci slot.
Problem is the card works fine and video is great but when I try to change
channels with the key board example I am watching channel 60 and when I enter
31 on key pad it shows the channel number change to 31 and after about 5-8
seconds it reverts back to channel 60.. and stays on channel 60.. anyone have
any ideas on how to fix this bug?I have updated all the ati drivers to the
most current ones and updated Vista also .. and I ran upgrade advisor for
vista and it tells me all hardware is up to date.. Thanks for Your help in
this matter..
