Vista - Repair Preferences - here Windows mobility center

I installed Active Sync before I heard that it didn´t work with Vista anymore.
So I deinstalled it but now the windows mobility center didn´t work anymore.

If I select this icon to open it, it will crash with an error message.

So I search for a solution to repair the preferences section unter vista
beta 2.

Do you have any hint for me?
Could I deinstall some part of vista and after rebooting reinstall them
again or is the only solution to reinstall vista beta 2 completly?
