Vista - Host Process for windows services has stopped working and closed.

Basically I keep getting this annoying pop-up dialog every say 20 seconds
and it keeps saying the same message. It give sme no error code or no
solution just changes my computer's theme.

Somehow it switches to the 98 Theme but keeps a colour of white so my
taskbar etc turns a whitish shade. All buttons etc. go to the 98 block style
and this is really bugging me. I have googled it and it seems many more
people are suffering from this error aswell. Any help?
