Loose Touchpad Settings

When I restart my Inspiron 1420 laptop, I loose my Dell Touchpad custom
settings. Happens everytime I restart. What up?

RE: Loose Touchpad Settings

Dell reported to me on Friday this problem is caused by installing the dell
wireless mouse. It corrupts Windows vista and the Touchpad looses custom
settings every time you shut down. They told me my reported problem was a
first time discovery. I'm still waiting to hear back from them on the fix.
I'm guessing the problem will get corrected in the up coming Vista SP.
