Re: laptop problems

Hi,

Remove the battery and try to start it with just the plug in (some will work
this way). Does it work now? How about if you replace the battery?

And what did costomer support at your laptop manufacturer have to say? That
is the place you should start to solve what is clearly a hardware problem
(if it can't be solved merely by removing the battery, replacing the battery
and booting up again.) Especially since the system is in warranty.

Re: laptop problems

Definitely take it back for a replacement or warranty repair if it's still
under warranty.
