This Screen....Windows Vista Community

The basic discussion screen has two main parts....on the left the list of
posts....on the right, the presently highlighted post. When ever I go to the
next post or to the next page in the list this screen refreshes three
times...once with small right portion ...then a little bigger....then to it's
final size. What's happening here??? You start to read or move on and the
refreshening of the screen hasn't completed. Any ideas.

Thanks,

bj

RE: This Screen....Windows Vista Community

I am lucky; it just loads when I click on the yellow arrow to go to the next
page.

Most people here hate the web interface, and organise newsgroups through
their email programs.

You are using the awful web interface to read this newsgroup--it's the
slowest, clunkiest, most error-prone method there is. Do yourself a
favor and switch to a newsreader, such as Windows Mail, which comes
with Windows. See

Re: This Screen....Windows Vista Community

I still have this same issue with the screen refreshing when I change pages
or open posts. Does anyone else see the same thing happening? Anyone found
a way to stop it?

Overall I think I like the web interface over the newsgroup interface but
this screen refreshing/resizing is a little annoying.

Thanks,

bj
