| | Logon Screen (Welcome Screen) Hi all, I am trying to go from boot to desktop. I have used the "control userpassword2' method to bypass the Logon Screen but it doesn't work. I still see the Logon Screen (the one that says Welcome). I am the only user and I would really like to not see it altogether. Is there another way to achieve this? Using Vista Home Premium. Thanks for your time, Alice |

Thanks for your time, Alice If you still see the Welcome logon screen after using the "netplwiz or control userpasswords2", then you may have entered the password incorrectly or entered one when you do not have one. See this tutorial to see if it will help you. It is more detailed on setting up the automatic logon. Logon Automatically Shawn |

(Password Protected) I do not know what else to try. Sorry. Shawn |
