| | Re: user profile logon failed on vista I'm having the same problem & when I do a search on google it seems this is not uncommon. I'm seriously wishing I went w/XP. I'm on a brand new Dell PC & I can't logon to my administrator profile. Any answers would be great. I tried going in through safe mode (I've read this can help) but I can't make any changes because it keeps asking for my password. I deleted the password in safe mode but when I try to logon I still get the same error...user profile cannot be loaded. HELP!! -- Melanie72 Posted via http://www.vistaheads.com |
