Vista - Make Mastered File System default when Burning CD in Vista

Make Mastered File System default when Burning CD in Vista

In Windows Explorer when I click burn, Vista defaults to the Live file format
for burning. Is there a way to change the default burn type to the Mastered
File System? Thank You.
