Not nesecarily. What screen card do you have? Some drivers do come with a utility that allows this.

What graphics card do you have? There may be options in the utilities that
come with it to do this.

Not with nvidia anymore.. they have ripped out the hot key
functionality with their newest drivers.. esp. Vista x64 (geforce
8600gt)
