| | POWER icon missing from Notification area of tray VHP On a laptop the POWER (battery) icon should always appear. I can go into Properties -> Notification Area and check POWER, but the next time the unit is booted there will be other icons (CLOCK, NETWORK, etc.) but no POWER... ??? |

I can see TOOLBARS, ADJUST DATE/TIME, CUSTOMIZE (but there's no help there!), etc... Properties -> Notification allows me to start the POWER (battery) indicator, but it must be done each boot. ??? |

I couldn't simulate it but of earlier experience i do know that sometimes only clicking the ok is not enough ...accept has has to be clicked. I am using Vista Home Premium. Regards Huib |
