Access is denied

Who do I fix this? "The restore point could not be created for the following
reason Access is denied 0x8070005."

Try running System Restore in Safe Mode, its possible that your Antivirus
utility (if you have one installed) is conflicting with it.

Andre,
when I tried this inSafe Mode here is what happened "To create a restore
point open System Protection, but when I clicked on that System Properties
pops up!
