live onecare will not activate

Sorry to post here but the LOC is next to useless can anyone help?
I have just subscribed to OCL £37.99 for 3 PC's but it hasen't activated. I
have been running the 90 day trial version for 76 days and suddenly the
little OCL icon has changed from green to red and asked me to
subscribe....which I have done via live ID etc etc.. I even have an e mail
telling me that I have paid for a years service but nothing has happened. I
keep getting messages that ask me to go through the activation process again
and again but I am reluctant to do this. Please help
