quick launch icon missing

There were originally two icons next to each other in quick launch. One was
show desktop and the other took all of the open windows and displayed them
kinda on top of each other so that you could see a snapshot of what was open
all at one time. That second icon is now missing. Can someone tell me how to
get it back? Thanks TIA.

quick launch bar, but it doesn't work. i can click on it and nothing

Dpm,

This happens when the shortcut on the desktop that you added to Quick Launch gets deleted or moved. I updated the tutorial links to show a better way to add them to Quick Launch without worrying about it losing it's association. See them for how.

Sorry,
