Vista Tutorial - IE shuts down, programs shuts down

At first from time to time, my IE shuts down giving some sort of error which
closes all my tabs and restarts again. I have deleted the tempt files and
cookies and all. But then now one of my programs (Mega Manager which is a
download accelerator) starts to do the same thing. I ran the program, and it
started to open, before my login name was identified, the program shuts down.
I have tried to uninstall it and reinstalled it but that has not help. Will
this happen to all my programs? How can I fix this problem? Please help.

The most likely cause would be a third party add-on that has been installed.
It would be better if you posted this message to the IE newsgroup. The
experts there will have more up to date information on resolving the
problem. Here is a link for that group.
