| | Low Data Rate in LiveTV I have a dual-boot XP MCE / Vista 64 Ultimate system and when I try to watch TV in Vista, In LiveTV I get the message that the data rate is too low and WinTV gives a black screen with no sound. I reboot to XP MCE and LiveTV and WinTV both work fine so I know my cable and Hauppauge PVR-500 work OK. Any suggestions (other than to scrap Vista)? Tom Lake |
