Vista IE7 and OWA2000

I am trying to use the outlook web access on windows Vista with IE7

it all works fine except when you wantto write a new e-mail. the white space
that you would normally write into shows up as a red x (like a missing
picture)

This is only for vista running ie7 (xp users and win2k users are fine

any ideas on how to correct this?

Your IT Dept. needs to patch the Exchange Server.

You receive an error message when you try to perform any editing tasks,
or you must click to enable the compose frame in Outlook Web Access
(Exchange Server needs a patch for Vista workstations) -
