I believe you had to signup for participation in the feedback program by Nov
7, 2007 in order to receive the free Vista (or other free items). I took
quick look at the link to the feedbackback enrollment and did not see
anything about the "bonus", but like I said it was a quick look and I could
have overlooked it.
