OpenVPN

Hi,

I am trying to connect to a remote server through OpenVPN. While the OpenVPN
is connected, I cannot map the network drive. Windows diagnostics indicates
it is not possible to ping the remote server.

My colleague is using exactly the same setup on Windows XP with out
problems, so this appears to be a Vista related issue.

Any ideas?

Re: OpenVPN

get the Vista compatible version of the VPN.
Many older VPNs and some newer ones won't function properly with the Vista
scrambling of protocols.
The hackers already figured them out, but the rest of us have to deal with
upgrading a bunch of software for no good reason.
