Copying and pasting pictures in Windows Mail

Whenever I get an e-mail with an embedded picture or cartoon and want
to forward it without all the e-mail addresses, I select the part I
want to attach to a newly created e-mail
When I paste it into Windows Mail, it says that some of the pictures
will not be sent. I e-mail it to myself and it is a true statement
!!! I just get the text with a red "X" where the picture would have
appeared.
I have read through this newsgroup's previous posts and have tried all
that has been suggested such as closing all references to the initial
e-mail before pasting into my new e-mail.
Nothing works.
Is there an answer out there for me ???!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Copying and pasting pictures in Windows Mail

Try saving it first. Then insert it in a new email.
