Daily Error

I have been getting this error daily and can't seem yo get a solution.
It happens overnight since my computer is on 24-7-365
Windows Media Center Update Has Stopped Working.
Vista Home 32
Anyone else having a problem with this?
Does anyone have a solution?

Since mcupdate.exe belongs to McAfee Security Suite and since McAfee is
garbage, uninstall McAfee and replace with something better. Recommended
antivirus programs are NOD32, Kaspersky, and Avast (free). The Windows
Firewall is adequate for most people.

After uninstalling McAfee and before installing a new antivirus, do the
normal precautions of scanning for viruses/malware per:

McAfee has never been on this computer. I made it and it has Norton 2008
Antivirus.
MCUPDATE.exe is Media Center Update.
