Good Day, John Mulyk Dangerously@xxxxxx After you click File -> Open, you should be able to change it from List to Details. When you do close it so Vista will remember how it was last closed, then reopen it. It should be set as Details now. You may have to do this for each program. If Vista is not remembering these changes, then you will need to reset the folder view settings. See Method Two in this tutorial for how. The download is the easiest way.
