| | add/remove components Sorry if this has been answered or should be in another thread, I tried searching but this forum (windowshelp.com)is very counter-intuitive, and I haven't found any solution. That being said here's my problem: I'm running Vista Business 32bit, I'm trying to add some windows components such as tftp, IIS, games etc.. For some reason it's not working. It's acting like it's trying to install, it pops up with the "this could take a minute" window then it just goes away and nothing has changed on my system. I can't quite figure this out, I tried turning UAC on and off, I tried restarting and a handful of other basic windows troubleshooting methods. If anyone has any ideas as to how I can get the add/remove windows components to work again please let me know. Thanks in advance, -d |
