Windows speech recognition and yahoo instant messenger

Does anyone know if Microsoft is going to try to make their windows speech
recognition software compatible with yahoo instant messenger? Im running
windows vista premium on my computer and the speech recognition program works
great with everything so far except for yahoo instant messenger. I used to
run dragon naturally speaking on my old computer but really like this new
windows speech program so I'm hoping there will be a fix coming soon.

Re: Windows speech recognition and yahoo instant messenger

I don't know who has the problem, have you asked if Yahoo will produce a
Vista compatible program? I would tend to think that is the way it will be
resolved.

Re: Windows speech recognition and yahoo instant messenger

Thank you for the reply Joseph,
Yes I have inquired with yahoo as to whether or not there will be a fix for
the compatibility problem unfortunately I haven't gotten a response back yet
so in the meantime I will just keep waiting.
