keyboard vista vs keyboard apple

At home I use an apple notebook and at my work vista. Is it possible to set
my apple keyboard that way that I can use the regular windows keys, like Ctrl
Z, V etc, Ctrl cursor or delete, Alt F4, Alt Tab etc etc? Otherwise it is so
confusing..

Thanks,

Peter
