Vista - Consistency in the interface

I've got three words for ya', Consistency Consistency Consistency.

Theres just one glaring problem with the Vistas visual style, the consitency!

Honestly, is it that much of a problem to make each programs utility bars
use the same control or image or whatever.

Again, whats going on with the random left-pane aurora, its completely
horrid, just plonked there. Whats up with the top-pane aurora? Same deal. Why
doesnt the bottom details pane match the aurora or vice versa? Why doesnt the
details pane match the top green explorer pane.

Why cant all the windows use the standard black ultilities pane such as used
in WMP and WPG, since it matches the black of the taskbar etc.

Please please please fix this Microsoft!

I'm sure they'll get right on it, if anyone can figure out what you're
talking about.
