Vista - blue screen when switching users

barefoot n/a posts	blue screen when switching users I get the blue screen of death everytime i switch users. this is the most common error i get "0x0000008e(0xc0000142, 0x77598fc7,0x9785dd64,0x00000000)" I am runnig vista home premium and all recomended updates are done. thanx
