Vista - Windows explorer stops responding.

Hello everyone I saw many entries regarding windows explorer it looks
like everyone had to struggle with it. Here is my problem regarding windows
explorer. It stops responding and asks for a restart or to be closed each
time I try to open files on our network storage disk. I just bought this
siemens amilo laptop with windows vista basic home edition installed on it.
I use Kaspersky and Spybot with tea timer for protection. I stopped these
programs thinking that they might be blocking the operation but the result
is the same when they are disabled.

here is the report of this problem it is in Turkish but i will translate it
so forgive me if terms are not exactly correct.
