vista home premium upgrade or the other one

what one do i but as vista home premium upgrade is £99 but vista home premium
is also £199.

The issue is not the price, but is the dealer reputable? If they are, I
don't see any reason not to go with the cheapest upgrade if you are on a
budget. Otherwise, go to http://www.amazon.co.uk/software and buy it there.

These tend to have Vista cheap.
