Vista locations for Service Packs

Where in Vista can I find if I have received Service Packs for Vista and for
MS Office? Can't seem to find where these are located. Help will be
appreciated.

Re: Vista locations for Service Packs

Click Start > right click Computer > click Properties > look under Windows
Edition. No Service Pack has been released to the general public for Windows
Vista yet. Windows Vista SP1 which is currently in testing will be released
sometime in early 2008.

For Office 2007 applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, click the
Office Button > click Word Options > Resources > and look under 'about
Microsoft Office Word 2007'

If you are running a previous version of Microsoft Office, simply click Help
Quote:

> About Microsoft Word and you will see the indication whether its SP1, SP2
or SP3.

Re: Vista locations for Service Packs

No service pack has been issued for Vista - currently Service Pack1 RC1 is
being evaluated.

To check update history: Control Panel>Windows Update - select "View Update
History" - left dialog box.
