Customer Experience Improvement Program

It states that the information collected is not to personally identify you,
nor be used for nefarious purposes. But if the information can be shared with
thrid parties, then why not the general consumer? If it wasnt for the
consumer, you would not have the parterners you share the information with
today. Please accept my apologies for the rashness.

I read on the privacy statement at
http://www.microsoft.com/products/ce...acypolicy.mspx on July the
Ninteenth 2005 at 5:55 P.M. : "• Program use, such as the features that you
use the most often, how often you use the Help and Support Center, and how
many folders you typically create on your desktop."

That being a computer output created by me I as a consumer would be able to
improve the way I interact with computers. If I am not mistaken; people the
globe over mess up their computers everyday by misusing features, and blowing
their desktop up. Which leads to bad productivity, annoying tech support
calls, and people taking their computers out and using them for target
practice.

I don't mean to drag this on but... if windows has a service that is made to
capture data, prompt and, or notify you prior to contacting Microsoft. A
solution can be made by applying a little thing called: work. I appreciate
your time in reading this.
