| | my computer will not boot up! I am having problems with my new computer. System I am running Vista Premium with plenty of memory and processor speed. Symtom Once i close down the computer or enter sleep mode I can not get the computer to re-boot. In essence I press the power button on the tower (close down) or the mouse button (sleep mode) and the computer starts up but does not boot up. It just keeps the fan going at high speed. If i turn the power off at the back of the tower the computer will start up perfectly. I have read so many differnet issues relating to power and sleep modes but nothing that is specifically like this. -- msw |
