Office 2003 EULA Announcement

Everytime I open any Office 2003 application, the EULA acceptance screen
comes up. When I open specific windows in Outlook (compose mail) it comes up
again. Does anyone have any idea's about how to make this go away?

Reinstall Microsoft Office 2003 again, but this time make sure you install
it with Administrative privileges. Insert the Office CD > open Computer >
open the CD > right click the Setup icon and click 'Run as Administrator'.
Also make sure the latest updates have
been applied such as Service Pack 3. For Microsoft Office issues, here is an
appropriate ng for support issues:

Right-click the Office application you are attempting
to run, then click "Run as Administrator". Accept the EULA.
It shouldn't pop again. Accepting the EULA requires a
write to the registry that has to be done with Administrator
privileges.
