Vista - corrupt CD

corrupt CD

I have 50 pages on a cd which is only half full. I am no longer able to make
changes I get a messages saying the disk is corrupt or full or read-only. I
need to make changes to these pages badly to continue my work. Can you help?

So burn a new cd...
they only cost a few cents

even a multi session cd can only have so many sessions, if you need to keep
making changes, try a CD-RW
but even they fail eventually

Hi,

Sounds like the disk has been closed. Copy the file from there to your hard
drive, then open it from there to continue making changes.

Best to keep the data on your harddrive...make changes there...
when done burn the data to CD (or DVD)

If you leave the session open, you can add more data later...
but since CD's cost 17 cents each,,, I'd make plenty of spares
