| Guest | Vista Keeps Freezing and locking down on me. Vista Keeps Freezing and Locking down on me. I am running a 2200+ AMD Processor 1250 Ram Memory 160 GB Hard Drive I may have to format my hard Drive a go back to XP I have never had any problem with XP. |

Can you boot into Safe Mode and check the event logs for any error messages that might help give a hint at whats causing the problem so we can help better diagnose the problem? Have you updated all your devices such as your video card for example?
