| | Windows Explorer not working/won't recognize 32 or 64 Bit update. I get an error message that the Windows Explorer is not working. The problem reports tells me to download the update. I do not know if my computer is 32 or 64 bit, but neither update will work-it will say that it is not the correct version. I have a new laptop with Vista on it, what am I doing wrong? -- Eric H |
