| | Re: no sound of any kind It may be something you have already done but it is very easy to overlook, so I wonder. Have you set up your speakers as Default. There is a button over there in the window Manage Audio Devices where you can set your device as default but prior to that you should highlight your speakers. If you missed that there will be NO SOUND. After you set it as default, click configure and click Test. You should hear a ding. Very loud.
