| | Remote Assistance - XP Pro to Vista? My son has just bought his first computer (Vista Home). Although I have limited experience of Vista (am using XP Pro) would it be possible to access his machine via RA to help him with some of the basics? |

I use Eudora email to initiate the remote assistance session. Doing so I can control any computer on my network from any other computer on the network. I've used Eudora to initiate control of computers outside my network. I have never controlled a Windows Vista computer outside of my network but I suspect it would work. Lou |
