Disk size

When I format a new 700MB CD-RW disk the dialog box says that it's only
formatting 473MB, which is nowhere near enough room for all the files I want
to store on it. Why is this happening?

Re: Disk size

What application did you use to format it? Personally I have found InCD
which is a optional tool with Nero to work the best.
