I had Callserve on Widows XP no problem, just gone over to Vista and when I
downloaded Callserve, I get the following error: The application has failed
to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect.

Did you download the Vista version?

And you might try right-clicking on the install program, and select "Run As
Administrator"...
Other than that, I don't know, because I never used Callserve.
I do have Skype installed, and it seems to work ok.
