| | RE: wmpnetwk.net Im having almost the same problem with a wmpnetwk.exe programe. It uses more than 60% of my CPU, 3 GHz, and is also taking up large amounts of bandwith from my network. I have attempted to end the process, but within a short time the progam begins again. From other sites I have come to the conclusion that it is a part of Windows Media Player, specificly something called Network Sharing Service. However I am not running Media Player when this program is running. Does somebody have a solution or idea?
